Annie Merkle

Annie works with executives and leadership teams to support them in achieving their organizational and business goals. She has expertise in organization development, leadership development, change management, and service excellence. Her specializations include organization assessment and strategy, facilitation, program design, and executive coaching.

Annie has twenty years of consulting experience working with diverse organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies within Higher Education, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, and Non-Profit. Annie returned to consulting four years after joining a client’s leadership team as Associate Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Engagement in IT at New York University, where she also served as a Global Inclusion Officer. 

Annie has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Bachelors from University of Michigan and Leadership Coaching Certification from the acclaimed Newfield Network.  She holds US & Swiss citizenship, speaks French, and lives in Connecticut with her family.
