Zena CollinS
Zena Collins, Associate Partner, specializes in change management, business development, marketing, communication and coaching. She left Big 4 professional service firm, EY in 2018 after 14 years.
Whilst at EY, she worked across the global practice with senior leadership teams in the consumer products, healthcare, technology, financial services and media and entertainment sector, around the world. She also worked with the firm’s EDI teams, chaired the EY Black Network and launched the firm's first award-winning professional services ‘Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Leadership programme.
Zena is committed to improving psychological wellbeing at work and is skilled at working with diverse teams to reduce the people and process barriers to engagement and improved performance. She is trained in MSCEIT Emotional Intelligence testing and coaching and works with people and organizations to bridge the gap between tactical and strategic application of emotional intelligence when managing growth, change, transition and EDI programmes.
Graduating from the University of Sussex in Media Studies, her first love is the creative industries, with which she has deep experience. Zena is a board trustee of Theatre503 and Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Niche on Demand Studios. She currently lives in Maryland, US with her family.
