STEPHANIE SANDBERG

Stephanie Sandberg, Managing Partner, joined Accordant Advisors in 2021. Previously she was Executive Director of LPAC, a political action committee dedicated to elevating LGBTQ women as a political force. While there, Stephanie launched a non-profit research initiative and political action fund and brought national media attention to LPAC's work and candidates. 

Prior to LPAC Stephanie was Managing Director of Out Leadership, an advisory firm that helps organizations realize the business benefits of LGBT+ inclusion. While there she directed OutWOMEN, the first initiative to connect and promote out women executives in business globally;  and developed OL-IQ, a tool designed to measure the impact of LGBTQ inclusion.

 Before moving into diversity, equity and inclusion work Stephanie was a media executive, where her roles included serving as President & Publisher of The New Republic, Publisher of Columbia Journalism Review, and executive roles at The New Yorker, Newsweek and The Los Angeles Times. She lives in Princeton, New Jersey with her wife, with whom she has two daughters.
